Coaching Objective:
To teach and coach the sport of volleyball to young
women and help build character, self-esteem, appreciation of team and
teamwork and healthy sportsmanship on a competitive level.
Experience and Background include: Playing and coaching volleyball at the grade school, high school and club levels. Experience with college volleyball recruitment as evidenced by: Tryouts at Quincy University and Culver-Stockton College. Assisting in younger sibling’s college recruitment with University of Southern Indiana Volleyball where she played 3 years.
Playing Experience: High School volleyball 2000-2003 3 years at the Varsity level at Gibault Catholic High School 1 year under the direction of Jeff Juenger 2 years under the direction of Jill Donjon
Club volleyball 2000-2003 3 years with Waterloo Volleyball Club under the direction of Bill Theobald 2003-2004 1 year with St. Louis Metro under the direction of Bob Rott
Recreational Indoor and Sand Volleyball 2008-present time
Coaching Experience: 2002 and 2003 Assisted with Sts. Peter and Paul Grade School Volleyball 2005 Assistant coach with St. Louis Metro 15U alongside Kevin Nelson 2006 and 2007 Assistant coach with Route 3 Volleyball Club 16U and 17U Girls 17s-18s Kansas City Silver Heart Challenge 2nd Place 2008 and 2009 Head Coach Route 3 Volleyball Club 15U and 16U alongside Amber Hill and Lindsay Morris
Other Qualifications: Fluent in Rules and Regulations of the sport of volleyball: 3+ years of Officiating for IHSA grade school and high school volleyball games. 3+ years of Officiating within the Gateway Region as evidenced by coaching club volleyball and attending clinics with club teams from 2005-2009 |
